हिन्दी त्रैमासिक कार्यशाला मार्च 2023 (Hindi Quarterly Workshop March 2023)

29.03.2023, केरल केन्द्रीय विश्वविद्यालय, राजभाषा हिन्दी के कार्यान्वयन के सिलसिले में केरल केन्द्रीय विश्वविद्यालय के अधिष्ठाताओं, विभागाध्यक्षों और अधिकारियों के लिए एक दिवसीय हिन्दी कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया। कार्याशाला का उद्घाटन माननीय कुलपति प्रो.एच.वेंकटेश्वरलु जी ने किया। अपने उद्घाटन भाषण के दौरान माननीय कुलपति जी ने कहा कि केन्द्रीय सरकार की राजभाषा नीति के प्रभावशाली कार्यान्वयन के लिए विश्वविद्यालय विशेष ध्यान दे रहा है और विश्वविद्यालय परिसर में हिन्दी भाषा को बढावा देने के लिए विभिन्न प्रकार के कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए जा रहे हैं। हिन्दी विभाग के अध्यक्ष प्रो.मनु ने उद्घाटन सत्र की अध्यक्षता की। कुलसचिव डॉ. एम. मुरलीधरन नम्ब्यार ने आशीर्वचन दिया। हिन्दी अधिकारी डॉ.अनीश कुमार.टी.के ने स्वागत भाषण दिया और कार्यक्रम के समन्वयक एवं हिन्दी विभाग के सहायक आचार्य डॉ.राम बिनोद रे ने कृतज्ञता ज्ञापित की। अध्यक्ष महोदय के सुझावानुसार माननीय कुलपति जी ने विश्वविद्यालय में एक राजभाषा नक्शा प्रदर्शित करने की सहमति व्यक्त की और जिसे क्रियान्वित करने का दायित्व जन संपर्क अधिकारी, श्री सुजित के. को सौंप दिया गया।

दो सत्रों में विभक्त हिन्दी कार्यशाला का मुख्य वक्ता डॉ.अजयकुमार, मुख्य प्रबंधक (सेवेनिवृत्त), कार्पोरेशन बैंक रहा। डॉ. अजयकुमार जी ने ‘राजभाषा नीति और उस का महत्व’ विषय पर कक्षा चलाई। उन्होंने राजभाषा संबंन्घी संवैधानिक प्रावधान, राजभाषा नियम 1976, राजभाषा अधिनियम 1963 आदि पर विस्तृत व्याख्या की।

द्वितीय सत्र के वक्ता के रूप में डॉ.सीमा चंद्रन, सहायक आचार्य, हिन्दी एवं तुलनात्मक साहित्य विभाग आमंत्रित थी। द्वितीय सत्र का विषय ‘नेमी टिप्पणियाँ और कार्यलयीन हिन्दी के आसान उपयोग के तरीके’ रहा। डॉ. सीमा चंद्रन ने कार्यालयीन लेखन एवं टिप्पणियाँ आसानी से प्रयुक्त करने के विविध उपायों पर कक्षा चलाई। कार्यशाला में केरल केन्द्रीय विश्वविद्यालय के विभिन्न स्कूलों के अधिष्ठाताओं, विभागाध्यक्षों एवं प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों ने भाग लिया। कार्यशाला में सभी प्रतिभागियों ने बहुत सक्रिय रूप से भाग लिया । कार्यशाला के सभी सत्रों का संचालन कार्य श्रीमती अमिता.एस, हिन्दी अनुवादक ने किया।

29.03.2023, Central University of Kerala, Kasargod. As part of the official language implementation, a one-day Hindi Workshop was organized for the Deans, Heads of Departments and the Officers of the Central University of Kerala. The Workshop was inaugurated by Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor Prof.H.Venkateshwarlu. During his inaugural address, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor said that the University is paying special attention to the effective implementation of the Official Language Policy of the Central Government and various programs are being organized to promote Hindi language in the University campus. Prof. Manu, Head, Department of Hindi, presided over the inaugural session. Registrar Dr. M. Muralidharan Nambiar felicitated the inaugural ceremony. Hindi Officer Dr.Anish Kumar.TK delivered the welcome speech and the Program Co-ordinator Dr.Ram Binod Ray proposed vote of thanks. As suggested by the Chairman, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor has agreed to display an official language map in the University and the Public Relations Officer, Mr. Sujit K. was entrusted to execute the same.

The Workshop was conducted in two sessions and Dr. Ajay Kumar, Chief Manager (Retd.), Corporation Bank was invited as the resource person. Dr. Ajaykumar led the first session on 'Official Language Policy and its importance'. He gave a detailed explanation on the constitutional provisions related to Official Language, Official Language Rules 1976, Official Language Act 1963 etc.

The second session was conducted by Dr. Seema Chandran, Assistant Professor, Department of Hindi and Comparative Literature. The topic of the second session was 'Routine Notings and the Ways for the Easy Use of Hindi in the Office '. Dr. Seema Chandran conducted the class on various methods to use the official drafting and notings easily.

The Dean of Schools, Heads of Departments and the Administrative Officers of the Central University of Kerala very actively participated in the Workshop. All the sessions of the workshop was co-ordinated by Mrs. Amita S, Hindi translator.
